These terms cover the use of AI Daddy (aidaddy.tech): the free reference guide, the optional account, and any paid PDF guide. They are written to be read in one sitting. Using the site means you accept them; if a term is not acceptable to you, do not buy a PDF guide or create an account.

Who runs the site

AI Daddy is run by MAAVI LIFE PRIVATE LIMITED, Bangalore, Karnataka 560034, India ("we" in these terms). Paid PDF guides are sold by that company. Its details are on the contact page, and questions about these terms go there too.

Accounts

An account is optional and free. It is created with an email address and a one-time emailed code; there is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address, since it is the only way to sign in. One person per account: sharing sign-in codes, or letting several people use one account, is not allowed. We may close an account that is used to abuse the site, and we will tell you why.

Content and license

The free chapters of the guide can be read without limit once you sign in, or in limited amounts without an account. Content stays the property of MAAVI LIFE PRIVATE LIMITED and is provided for your own learning; you may not republish, resell, or scrape it for redistribution.

Payments and pricing

A PDF guide is a one-time purchase for a price listed at checkout in your local currency. The price shown at checkout is the price charged. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway (Razorpay) in a window it renders; card, UPI, and bank details are entered there and never reach this site. The gateway emails its own receipt.

You can buy without an account. The purchase is tied to the email you give at checkout, and it becomes available to download from the account that signs in with that same, verified email. Buy with the email you intend to sign in with.

Prices can change. A change never affects a purchase you already made.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the refunds and cancellations policy: a full refund on request within seven days of purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the site or its services, bypass the reading meter or purchase checks, or harvest content or user data. Do not use the contact form to send spam. Ordinary use, including linking to any page, is welcome.

Availability and changes

The site is offered as is. We work to keep it available and correct but do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free content. We may change these terms; the date at the top of this page moves when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept the new version. Material changes to how PDF guides are sold will be noted on this page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from your use of the site or a PDF guide purchase is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be limited by agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at our registered place of business.
